SERIOUSLY PANICKED - HELP!!!!!!!!!!

I am only 22 years old, I do not have a brain tumor but am scared I might, I have recently have begun noticing confused type symptoms I have began experiencing. I tend to see things that arent there, and they are not hallucinations or anything like that, but I will confuse words and numbers, I can clearly see other things written down that might be a letter or two off but sometimes the word is completely different. And today while I was out buying things I picked up an item that I clearly saw the price saying 4.99$ and remember looking at it for a few minutes, but when I went to the check out counter and recieved my reciept it said the item was 37.00$ and I even walked over with the merchandiser and saw the price as $37.00 with no other signs around for the price I was seeing, it keeps happening, what is wrong with me? I am terrified.

Depends on your approach re crazy. Tell symptoms, Bring someone with you to back you up on what is happening. The doc himself will suggest the scan usually if not, it is reasonable to ask - they have pros and cons for either type. Get eye exam too - they can tell if there are tumors as well.
