Maybe pituitary? Don't know!

I don't know if these things are related, but they have all been getting worse, so I'm going to list them all together.  I'm a 41 YO  woman w/ history cervical cancer (3 years ago), so other than the Hyster/BSO, no serious medical issues except for three miscarriages, and a series of bladder and kidney infections, but haven't had one in a while.  I'm 5'8" and around 160 pounds. Nausea:  Over the last month or so, I've been having bouts of nausea & diarrhea, no vomiting, lasting 3-4 days at a time. The nausea wakes me up, and then I stay wide awake, resulting in several nights a week of only 1 hour of sleep (or so).  I've been feeling like there's a buzzing in my chest.  Not painful, but annoying.  It's not all the time either, and there doesn't seem to be anything that triggers it. Over the last two weeks I've noticed a fluttering in my ear (not a ringing or buzzing) - it sounds like draperies flapping in the wind, but it's inconsistent, and doesn't seem to have any triggers.  I feel hot all of the time, like I've been stuck in a hot car, but my temp is very low - 93F, but not all the time.  It maxes out at 97.7 Over the last two weeks, my vision has gone from barely needing reading glasses, to REALLY fuzzy.  My mood has been fine: no crankiness, anxiety, etc. My Jaw has been really tight and sore, and strangely, my gums have been bleeding for no apparent reason. In the last 2 days, I've been smelling fermented fruit everywhere. This is going to be hard to explain, so bear with me: There are times when I feel like I have a muscle tic, but the muscle doesn't move.  It feels like there's a shift internally of a complete area (my whole neck- not just the throat) but there's no physical movement.  I'm tired all of the time, which could be explained by the insomnia, I'm sure, but it's impacting my concentration and my memory - completely driving me crazy.  ;-) Thanks for all the help!
