Dormant Brain Tumor

i am 41 and diagnosed with a brain tumor years ago. Is new tongue and facial numbness a concern? Is it possible to have a tumor dormant this long and have deficits appear only every 5 years?  It seems, to me,the deficits are spaced too far apart to mean anything critical, or even a tumor.  My scans look horrible, but they have looked horrible for years.  Most neurologists/surgeons look at scans and right away say, "Astrocytoma." The huge lesion is in the right hemisphere of my brain from frontal to occipital  lobes.  - -Numbness in entire left side since 2005.  -Tongue veering and facial numbness, 2011 occurring just now.  1 grand mal, in 1998 but still lots of simple partial, motor seizures.

I believe this is a concern. Some of these tumors can form cysts and expand also causing new symptoms. You should see your doctor and likely get a new imaging.

Thank you! I appreciate your time and input. I have yearly scans, but my doctor recently moved after years of treating me. Its very difficult to find another because this one knew my history so well.
Is it possible that this potential cyst (or other condition) could have popped up so quickly within the year? Per your advice I will schedule a scan. My left side is weaker as well, so I guess its time.  Based on outward appearances, I look healthy though.

I was laying in bed when i was felling around in my hair and i touched my skull and i realized i have a dent/soft spot 1 inch by 1 inch maybe front right ,right above the lobe area DENT/SOFT SPOT.Should i be scared or should i seek medical treatment?I am worried now because in the past i have had several miagrains.please let me know  roght away .
