is endoscopic through the nose? if they are doing delicate brain surgery isn't it better if their field of vision is as complete as possible and not through your nose or some small incision?
the original MRI said that this neurenteric cyst is eroding my cortex- isn't this what is causing my memory problems, problems finding words, problems doing math/abstraction, maybe the central apneas (stop breathing at night?) it has grown to 1.3cm from 1.0cm about
I am speculating because I cannot find the cause of my symptoms
I am still suffocating in my sleep and don't know why
does anyone know if a neut. cyst in your clivus can cause sleep apnea, central apneas?
sorry it's charcot-leydn crystals- I'm in such a fog from infection and asthma
Yeah a diabetes doc cannot take this on - you have to go to a large university center or a larger hospital with a pituitary center.
Yow on the amoeba!
Please go see a neuro-opthomalogist too!
my stool test was positive for charcoal cysts so I may have an amoeba infection
I went to a diabetes endo and he said it was out of his expertise. I just started having unexplained central apneas
Have they tested your melatonin? I would look for an endoscopic skilled surgeon and a doctor - perhaps a neuro-endo - that can do some testing.
the MRI says- chordoma is not ruled out which sounded bad, but I'm not sure what to do
there seems to be some chance that this cyst is causing me to suffocate in my sleep with central apneas resulting in 75% O2
Dear ill13632
Sorry I was not able to answer your question earlier.
A neuroenteric cyst is a possibility in this area. It does compress the brainstem and it can cause symptoms.
I will be glad to review your imaging free of charge.
