high prolactin level

my prolactin levels are 4170 miU/L doc thinks possible pituitary tumour but ct scan shows nothing the ct scan results suggests doing an mri i need advice please

Absolutely. A head CT will be normal in the majority of prolactinomas.
MRI is more appropriate.

The CT is not appropriate for a pituitary lesion. Please get a proper pituitary MRI (dynamic). I would approach a pituitary center and get more testing and have them order the MRI so you get a good one as well as more hormone testing and they can do the proper treatment after the scan.

CT scans often (more often than not) do not show pituitary lesions. You need an MRI with and without contrast.
