Arimedex

I know that certain medications make Tamoxifen less effective.  Are there any medications that make Arimedex less effective?

I don't know much about this at all, but I just heard an oncologist mention that prozac is one of those meds that make Arimedex less effective.

Now I have a question myself as my doctor wants me to switch from Tamoxifen to Armedex. I know for the latter one has to be post menopausal and that Tamoxifen is for pre menopausal. But do you or anyone know if Tamoxifen also works if you have become post menopausal? Thanks, Kat
