Looks like A white head on my nipple

Today I noticed on my left nipple Like A white head, after I took A shower I squeezed it, and this white thick stuff came out of it ? ??? I would like to know if I should be concerned ????????????? Thank you for your help.

I'm sure that's exactly what it was and I see no reason to be terribly concerned .... I would now keep the area clean and dry since you have squeezed it. This is no different from a similar occurence on any other part of the body. Regards .....
