Mets to pancreas?

Dx Jan 2003 idc,+ DCIS, 2 cm tumour, stage/grade 2. 3/18 nodes+. WLE ,total axillary removal. 6 FEC chemo, 25 rads.Mondor's disease dx 2005. Arimidex 4 yrs, recently stopped due to bone pain, hips, hands, feet. Waiting to see  Onc. for alternative AI adjuvant meds. Bisphosphs wkly, bone density loss ,as osteopenic.6 weeks ago: severe nausea, total lack of appetite, steatorrhea, weight loss 14 lbs, lower abdominal pain, near constipation (have had Crohn's 28 yrs and always have had diarrhea), upper right quadrant pain after eating only a yoghurt, radiating to armpit, shoulder and neck. Saw GP 4 weeks ago - prescribed omeprazole.  Got urgent appt 2 weeks ago with gastro, prescribed domperidone for nausea, doubled omeprazole.CT scan 6/26 pancreas, liver abdomen, pelvis.  Upper GI endoscopy 7/99 July.Appt in clinic for results 7/23.  He was quite shocked at my weight loss and general appearance as I have seen him regularly for the past 5 yrs.I had an MRI of my abdomen in Nov 2007, asymptomatic, just general  Crohn's monitoring. This showed 2 strictures in my small intestines. No meds or surgery.I am concerned as to the dx - mind in a whirl..... not a Crohn's flare as I have had many of them and I know the symptoms...this is entirely different, as my husband also agrees. I am aware this could be due to Crohn's complications, strictures possibly. Wonder if breast cancer can metastasise to the pancreas?I know bc mets are usually to the bones, liver, lungs, and occasionally the brain, but as I have never "presented" normally for either Crohn's (no pain, and went down to 60 lbs before dx) and bc was a non palpable tumour found on a normaly 3 yrly mammo I am very concerned that I may have mets, and hopefully just chronic pancreatitis or a blockage due to the strictures.Do you have any experience of mets to the pancreas? I have monthly blood tests for mtx LFT's fine, slightly elevated MCV, MCH and c-reactive protein levels.
Any advice please? I know it is complicated...

Many thanks for your prompt response...hopefully the CT scan and endoscopy will provide the answer.

Dear lizziecee, The nature of cancer is that if it spreads, it can spread anywhere but certain areas are more common.  Metastasis of breast cancer to the pancreas would be very unusual.  With your other health problems, medications etc. your symptoms could be due to a number of other things as you mention.
