Nipple discharge from 14 years old daughter

I have 14 years old daugher who had a yellow to brown discharge from the areoral area of the left nipple on Dec 13th.
We performed the below tests:
Breast ultrasound : two cists are found below the surface of the skin. They were not harmful.
All hormon tests suggested by the endochronologist were ok.
The discharged liquid was examined and no cancer cells were found.
We havent seen any discharge since then until two days ago some green discharge appeared in the same area. The discharge is very small in quantity but still going on.
What other investigations can be done to find out definetely if this is related to a breas cancer or not?
Please mention also that she is under medication for her skin acne with Roaccutan since November 17th.
I also want to know if this has any effect on this discharge?

I congratulate you for being pro-active in investigating your daughter's problem. Breast cancer at her age would be more than rare so I wouldn't worry about that. If there are cysts present then the drainage may continue as long as there is some fluid within the cysts. As far as the acne drug I would suggest that you ask her Dermatologist or whomever prescribed the medication. The skin on the breast is the same as skin on any other part of the body so these cysts may be related to the acne problem but thia should also be discussed with the Dermatologist. If you ck. the list of Forums at the top of the page; there is an "Expert" Forum for Dermatology ... you might try posting there also where Dr.s answer questions.   Regards ....
