One of the lucky ones

My consultant just called me to say my Biopsy was negative for cancer.
I am jumping up and downa dn dancing on the ceiling.....

I want to really thank you lovely ladies who have supported me and befriended me through this really difficult (seemingly taking forever) time.

Good luck to all of you waiting on result and strength and fortitude to those facing treatment.

Praise the Lord,

This is the day the Lord has made, Let us rejoice and be glad in it.  This is the time to give thanks and praise. I came on line tonight to give Tracey a praise report and read your post. For the past week the Lord had me praying for everyone one on this forum for complete healings,

I must say that my heart rejoices for you and everyone one with a good report from the Doctors. After 2 cycles of Xeloda my tumor markers have began to look better and I give al the glory, honor and praise to the Lord.

Love to all in Christ

Thank you soooo much. The relief from not having to battle cancer on top of everything else that is going on was so emense -  despite being overweight I felt light as air... lol... it was a sureal feeling. I felt I could do anything and for 3 hours solid I cleanred my house top to bottom, moving things round, making plans again, something I had become frightened to do.

The only down side to yesterday is my Mum took me out for a big big slap up meal to celebrate and this morning I have put back 2lb of what I had lost weight wise... so today I am back to diet and exercise in a determined effort to create a new me.

David sees the surgeon for an intitial consult on monday and I have an appointment on Wednesday to get my Ovary pain and discharge addresed. Other than that I have a pretty good week ahead.... no more exams and I am even taking a whole week off studying for my degree too.....

Thank you all again for beig there for me ... I am not going anywhere - I will stay around to watch your own journeys unfold and support any of you when I can :)
