Pagets Disease of the breast

How many of you have actually heard of Pagets disease of the breast? Until I discovered I had it along with grade three idc and grade 2 dcis.I had never heard of it, Because I didn't associate an itchy nipple (excema type rash) with cancer I left it for a couple of months before going to my GP, resulting in my not having any 'normal' breast tissue. Thankfully it hadn't invaded any nodes. How can we bring awareness to this rare form of Cancer so that women and men can learn about it? thankyou

Hi,
It was my left nipple that was also affected but because I didnt associate the rash with cancer I ignored it to my own cost. I am hoping yours is nothing to worry about but please dont wait for the mri get the GP to check it out, Good luck to you hun

Thank you for helping to bring about awareness.  I do not have breast cancer, but have dealt with other breast abnormalities for twenty years. In the past month, I have been frustrated by an itchy left nipple.  It drives me crazy a good amount of the time.  I will have my first breast mri in the near future.  Hoping for good results.  Best wishes to you!
