i am 16... few days ago i had sex with my bf... and now my breast are paining very badly... does geting fondeled causes breast cancer?

The pain you are experiencing is most probably due to your boyfriend being too rough,but it would not cause breast cancer.
Now,regarding breasts increase,it could happen if you gain weight and during sexual arousal,but it's only temporary.
If it was true, then women would not need to have breasts implants.LOL
There is really no evidence that this is anything but a myth.
