Yesterday, i found a lump on the right side of my right breast while breastfeeding. Its seems quite hard & immovable. There is no pain or redness however, I have a 4 mth old baby & breast feed him regularly ( every 1 to 2 hrs, depending on the demand ). I ignored it in the beginning thinking that it could be a clogged milk duct (though i din't understand how that could be possible considering the frequent feeds & the fact that the rest of my breast felt really empty). But now, i'm really worried. How do i get rid of it? What can i do to determine if this lump is cancerous or not? There is no "breast cancer" history in my family. Also, is it ok to continue feeding my baby while the lump is still there? Thank you in advance for your help!
