I forgot to add that nipple discharge when squeezed (especially when it's from both breast) isn't much to be concerned about and it's normal....unless it is from only one breast, bloody and spontaneous.

Hi,
A Fibroadenoma is a non-malignant (benign or non-cancer) solid tumor made up of fibrous or glandular tissues They are most frequent between ages 20-40. A fibroadenoma is easily seen with a mammogram. It is treated by excision, if it's too large or causing you a lot of pain. You are not at risk for breast cancer because you have fibroadenoma, since this benign lump does not turn into cancer.
A BI-RADS score 3,means that the lump is "Probably benign". But of course this is not 100% sure that it is. Monitoring this lump as scheduled by your Doctor would be necessary to see if  there are any changes.
However,if you are overly concerned waiting till your next mammogram, (and for your own peace of mind),you could always discuss it with your Doctor and see if a biopsy can be ordered to make sure that it's indeed a Fibroadenoma .If the biopsy confirms that it is,then you have nothing to worry about.
Best wishes...
