You really have nothing to worry about.This is simply your child reacting to "your" hormones that are still in her system.
The swelling can occur to boys and girls and generally goes away on its own as the estrogen clears from the baby's body.If you are breast feeding,the swelling could last a while longer and will disappear once breast feeding is over.The only thing to be concerned about is if the breast develops redness or pain around the swollen area.If this happens you should report it immediately to your child's pediatrician.
