Insurance or not you need to see a PHysician for a clinical breast exam ... please do not delay in getting an appointment. Since the lumps you describe are painful I rather doubt they would be due to breast cancer ... but could very well be Fibrocystic in nature. At any rate they need to be checked by a Dr. as further testing may be necessary.  Kindest regards

Hello there!

I'd strongly recommend you try and go get checked at a city clinic. There are free clinics in most cities where you will be able to be seen even if you don't have insurance.
First of all, breathe. Most lumps are benign, but you want to keep an eye on them anyway.
You can simply google breast cancer and find tons of websites with symptoms, treatments and whatnot. But if you, like me, are the anxious type, try not to read too much about it. Information is very important but an overload of it can make you more anxious.
The first step would be to try and find a local free clinic and start from there.

All the best of luck!!
