breast ultrasound

Hi i am 31 years old married with no kids. i had my first breast ultrasound. i want kno what is the explanation of this findings or do i need to remove this mass..BREAST ULTRASOUND REPORT
BOTH BREAST ARE SYMMETRIC IN SIZE AND SHAPE WITH HETEROGEOUS PREDOMINANTLY FIBROGLANDULAR PARENCHYMAL ECHOPATTERN SHOWING THE FOLLOWING FINDINGS:

FEW WELL-DEFINED FOCI ARE NOTED IN BOTH BREASTS WITH THE FOLLOWING LOCATIONS, CHARACTERS, AND SIZES:

RIGHT:
3 O'CLOCK POSITION, ZONE A: (HYPOECHOIC) 1.41 X 1.63 X 1.02 CM.
11 O'CLOCK POSITION, ZONE B: (CYSTIC) 0.46 X 0.03 CM.
12 O'CLOCK POSITION, ZONE B: (CYSTIC WITH INTERNAL ECHOES) 0.07 X 0.32 CM.

LEFT:
12 O'CLOCK POSITION, ZONE B: (CYSTIC WITH INTERNAL ECHOES) 0.53 X 0.33 CM.


NO DUCTAL ECTASIA SEEN.
UNENLARGED AXILLARY LYMPH NODES WITH INTACT FATTY HILUM ARE SEEN BILATERALLY.


IMPRESSION:
BILATERAL BREAST NODULES AS DESCRIBED.
BIRADS 3: PROBABLY BENIGN FINDINGS.
RECOMMENDATION:6 MONTH SHORT INTERVAL ULTRASOUND FOLLOW-UP STUDY IS SUGGESTEDTO MONITOR THE
HYPOECHOIC NODULE IN THE RIGHT BREAST.

You are most welcome.

I would suggest doing monthly self-examintions of your breasts, after the end of your menstrual period, if you are not already doing so. . This may be more difficult because you have "lumpy breasts," but if there seems to something that feels different, or you notice a change in size of  the lump in the 3 O'clock position of your right breast (think of each breast as being the face of a clock), you can always go back for a recheck sooner than the 6-mth follow-up recommended.

Hi,

As indicated in the IMPRESSION section, some nodules (lumps) in your breasts were seen in the utrasound. They appear to be benign (BI-RADS 3: Probably benign findings). Three of nodules appeared to be cysts (benign findings).

The radiologist's recommendation was to just have a follow-up ultrasound in 6 months, to monitor for any changes in another nodule, in your right breast..
