Hi,
Breast cysts are common in women in their 30s and 40s.The lump in your breast could be a cyst or a fibroadenoma (both benign lumps), that usually increase in size before your period and decrease when it's over..Check your breast a week after the start of your menstrual cycle when your breasts are not sore, tender or swollen, and if you can still feel the lump,it would be advisable to visit your doctor for a clinical breast exam.
The most common cause of swollen lymph nodes is infection or inflammation somewhere in the body and the swollen node on your jawline could be due to your sinus problems.
Go to a doctor if it does not resolve soon or it keeps getting bigger okay?.
I have added for you a site to inform you how to perform BSE.It is very important for women of all ages to give themselves breast exams at home to check for lumps and anything else that might seem unusual.
