what is stage IIA, IIB and IIC?

These are some of the possible configurations of findings that can result in Stage llA or Stage llB classification:

Stage IIA
T0, N1, M0
T1*, N1, M0
T2, N0, M0

Stage IIB
T2, N1, M0
T3, N0, M0

The TNM Staging System in rather detailed and complicated. It is based on tumor size, lymph node involmvement, and presence or absence of distant metastases.  Unless you are already familiar with it, you would probably have to study it to understand  what the above designations mean.
