complex cyst or solid nodule at 6:00 is 1.3 cm x 1.3 cm x 1.1 cm. A hypoechoic nodule at 9:00, 0.7 cm x 0.6 cm x 0.4 cm. A hypoechoic nodule at 10:00 0.6 cm x 0.8 cm x 0.8 cm. A hypoechoic nodule at 11:00 0.6 cm x 0.6 cm x 0.5 cm stable. A few simple cysts are scattered throughout the right breast. The right axilla is normal.
Left ultrasound shows a hypoechoic nodule at 12:00 1.5 cm x 1.5 cm x 1.4 cm. This appears solid with slightly irregular margins. This is located 6 cm from the nipple in the area of palpable concern. A simple cyst is present left breast 1:00, 8cm from the nipple. This is 3.3 cm x 2.4 cm x 3.1 cm. This is in palpable area of concern.
1. Right ultrasound guided core biopsy of dominant right complex mass at 6:00.
2. Recommend left ultrasound guided core biopsy of left solid mass at 12:00. This is palpable.
3. Left ultrasound guided cyst aspiration of cyst at 1:00 with low-level echoes. This is palpable . ( 3.3 cm diameter.)
4. Recommend clinical evaluation of the breasts and palpable areas of concern. Consider bilateral breast MRI
examination with and without intravenous contrast material due to equivocal mammogram, positive family history of breast cancer, and new multiple hypoechoic breast masses by ultrasound.

I've been getting ultrasounds every year for the last 3yrs and mam every 6mnth. This is the first time they are sending me for a biopsy. And I had new masses show up. Should I be worried. My doctor is sending me to a breast surgeon but the appointment is not until next month.
