White, gel-like discharge

I've seen a lot of posts regarding discharge in the form of fluid, but I've been having more solid, gel-like discharge for years. It builds up in the "pores" and I can easily scratch it out. There are only two of them that consistently grow on just the left nipple. It's not painful at all, but when I scratch it out I feel a tingly feeling. Is this something serious?

Well, if it's been going on for a few years without worsening, it's probably not a big deal, but it's worth checking out with your dr.   Let us know how it turns out, ok?

its been like this for a few years?! it sounds kind of abnormal to be so you should probably have got it checked out. not sure what u mean by pores, but if its not normal discharge u should go to the docs.
