extremly painful breasts

i have fibrocystic breasts so i feel lumps pretty much all over, what worries me is the extreme pain and burning sensation i have on my breasts especially my right and the pain is all the time not just during menstrual , if i just gently press the pain is unberable. is this something i should be concerned about? and why does this happen? im 33 now and ive never had a mammogram, should i have one done?

However, all breasts lumps must be investigated to rule out breast cancer and/or to begin immediate treatment if breast cancer is diagnosed. Hi Michelle... Yes, i think you must go to your gynae for a full checkup. He would know better. The uncertainty about your breast is not good for you either.
