ulrasound and 2nd mammogram

Ultrasound was not the best ,but I hope not the worst either. Not a cysts.  Its solid 7mm . perfect round, no edges no calcifications. Now i get to wait for them to call for the biospy to be done. Is there any other questions I should be asking my Dr. Or anything else I should know?       Still very worried!!! he told me 80% are not cancer but still makes me beyond worried and the waiting is horrible!!!

I got my results and Thank the Good Lord it was good news!!! at the biospy appointment the dr told me  2 times that he thought it was good and that made the wait so much better!  I am thankful for this board and the advice from everyone. and just having some place to turn to when you are very scared!!!  God Bless you all !!!!

Sorry you are having to wait for a biospy, and then for the pathol. report!

But it's usually best to biopsy a solid nodule, to be completely certain what it is.

Dr office called today and I go next week Thursday for biopsy. Now I am more nervous than ever. I keep thinking back to the dr telling me the nodule is round and no spikes ,so I pray its nothing. Its been a very long 2 weeks and I'm tired of all the worry.

Well we always worry when something is found that isn't "normal". Your Dr. is correct .... and the fact that the nodule is as described makes it less likely to be something other than benign. There is always a small chance and that is why most all findings like this need to be biopsied. I can't think of any additional questions that you should be asking as the biopsy will have all the answers. Time passes slowly when we're waiting but try to do it as calmly as possible and keep the worrying to a minimum as best you can .... I know, easier said than done but try anyway, OK ?? We'll be looking for an update when it's available.  Take care now ......
