unexplained growth in 1 breast and sharp pain

Hi i have unexplained breast growth in my left breast with sharp pains. Just wondering what these symptoms could mean? My breast has increased by at leat one size in less than a week! Help Please

First I would like to ask if you have seen your Dr. to have a breast exam and possibly some type of testing; either mammogram or ultrasound. If you haven't I suggest that you do so very soon. There is no way to tell what this growth might be without an examination but if this growth has appeared in a week and is painful it might very well be a cyst
but you need to see your Dr. for a diagnosis and some treatment. We should never ignore anything new that involves the breast.  Please make that appointment !!   Regards ...

Sorry also forgot to add in above post that i dont have a monthly cycle as my contraceptive stops this i have no symptoms of a monthly cycle ie Pmt or spots
