unkown lump

I am worried about a painless raised soft bump/lump under my armpit by my breast.  I've had it for a couple of years and never paid attention to it.  However the other day I realized if I squeezed it a orangish clear liquid comes out.  What could this be?

lymph nodes are deeper under the skin and wouldnt be draining on the surface. it does sound like some sort of cyst or fluid containing sac. orange fluid doesnt sound great, i would get it checked out, it could be some kind of infection, without being red on the surface.

It's not an abscess or boil.  It doesn't seem infected and isn't red.  It just looks like raised skin, it's very small, about the size of a straw hole.

This may be some type of abscess since there is drainage from  it when squeezed. You need to see your Dr. and have this examined and treated. Leaving something untreated for "a couple of years" is not a wise thing to do. Please make an appointment soon.   Regards ....
