Bowel Movement Problems

Hello! I am here to ask afew questions regarding changes in poop consistency, is a  something serious?at first I pooped hard small pellets liked and I was worried about my stools so I tried to use something to checked on my stools whether there were blood in it, so when I did that the toilet bowl water changes to dark red or something, I suspect there is blood hidden inside my stools, I checked for symptoms like this it jus mention CANCER. I am only 16 with no records of bowel/anal/colon cancer! I am a vegan as well, I really had this changing type of bm! And later I was worried so I poop again( I felt like pooping as well) so I did not hesitate and went to do my bm, I saw that my stool was floating very soft thr I used something again to check and it break up into pieaces ! I remembered my first stool sank. Lol what is wrong?! And yes, my bm looked dark for e second time, alright, this is happening abnormally . Blood ? I really dk! I asked my mom she said its jus something small I wanted to show her and I was really scared at that point I only could share this here and hope doctor would give me an helping answer by not scaring me to do anything! I don't want to die early! I have lots of things that are not done yet! I am like crying now I don't want to see a doc but I need to !:(

Hi, may I know about loose stool? I had a loose stool and before this loose stool was bad problem pooping as written on top, than I had really gassy stomach, my poop look dark black just now when I was pooping I did not have any problem just gas , and yea my stool was floating so I saw e colour? Do I have a internal bleeding? OMG? I don't know

Even how hard I push that thing , It doesn't come out. It's not constipation cus I poop twice a day . This is irritating.

Sometimes it's just soft stool coming out. But nothing really helps, unless I eat some fruits but it only helps very very little

Hi, thanks , but can I have a question here? Other than this problem, I don't see blood anymore , but I have difficulty in pooping nowadays, I had problem popping everything and I feel something stuck in my colon:( I try hard to push, yes, there are poop but I dk what is there inside , it's like never ending . Sometimes I just poop normal stool shape than later small or what I can't really describe? Is this something serious?

Hi, you are normal. You could have seen a change in stool color and consistency. Bleeding into stools may not always be due to cancer, haemorrhoids (piles) is the commonest cause for painless bleeding into the stool. Another cause is fissure in ano, where there is pain while passing motion with bleeding. Other causes are inflammatory bowel disorders like ulcerative colitis and crohn’s disease can produce similar symptoms. Here the walls of the intestines are swollen. Diverticulitis, infections and tumors of the colon can produce bleeding into the stools. You will need to consult your primary care physician, who may run blood, urine and stool tests and may sometimes ask for an ultra sonogram to detect the cause for the pain. Proctoscopy and colonoscopy may further help to diagnose the cause. Regards.

Since it's been days thrs no answer I could not diagnose it by myself too. As what I notice was I pass urine before pooping almost everytime to make me feel a little more comfortable so when I checked on my stool the colours change e toilet bowel water to dark reddish or something . I never meant to diagnose it myself as I didn't saw REAL BLOOD ever on My stool ! Only color on the toilet. Is it possible or am I mental hahaha

Could It possibly be from Bowel Cancer? I was reading the symptoms and it matches, I could only remember I had stopped my normal bm during my period and it started to begin loose stool and somehow constipation at e same time, and it goes on till now , i really don't understand ..
