Dome Shaped Lump

About a month ago I noticed a hard dome shaped lump on my arm. It is pretty solid, I can't move its position, but I can push it down.
It hurts if I try to mess with it, but not if I leave it alone.

I had Ewings Sarcoma a few years ago, so I tend to get paranoid about such things. I have my yearly check-up in about two weeks.

Is this something that could be serious? Should I see a different Doctor sooner, or just wait and see?

Thanks!
