Hard Lump on Palate, Fear of cancer...

Hello, I'm 21 years old and this is my story :

1 month ago I found a small hard lump on my palate ( Betwen the soft palate and Hard palate) I think , Went to ENT, he did a biopsy . The biopsy show  mild to moderate atypia,   he told me he cannot tell me if its a dysplasia or just something benign , so the biopsy is inconclusive,  He Just told me to come back  every 6 month

2 week after the biopsy  I found another  hard lump on the mouth, at the same area !
Went to the ENT again, he told me he think its  normal but If i want, he can do a excisional biopsy  , I accepted

Im waiting for the result,  the problem is 1 week after this last biopsy ( Today )  , I had a  kind of lump  in the same area again ,  this "lump " isn't hard

I took a  photo https://image.noelshack.com/fichiers/2018/22/6/1527929896-lesionphoto.png

I dont want to come back to the ENT because I already Went 3 time this month for the same reason

Please can you tell me if its  normal because of the excision  ?
