I've had lumps on throat for over 10 years, worried about Oropharyngeal cancer

Link to pictures of my throat below

I've been having more sore throats than I normally do but it is always sore and I just live with it. I have been told ''it's nothing to worry about'' by ENT and a few GP doctors and also told that my mouth breathing causes them  but they have done no tests on my throat or tongue. My blood tests have always come back fine but they were testing for STI's.

The lumps are all over the back of my throat and on the back of my tongue and are about 1-3mm in diamater. It always hurts when I swallow but the pain is manageable and is usually at it's worst when I first wake. I do feel lethargic a lot but maybe that's just me. I drink a fair bit but do not smoke. I am in my late 20's and am a male who is 6 feet tall and 72kgs.

I really would like at least some idea's or idea's of tests that should be done so I can run them by my GP or ENT
