My aunt was found to have a water tumor in her pancreas, can someone please explain to me what this is, I have never heard of water tumor.

Are you referring to a Pseudotumor of the pancreas; not sure what you mean by "water tumor."
Is she seeing a GI Specialist at this time? I am assuming it was just found via imaging.

It sounds like a pancreatic cyst filled with water, but you used the word tumour....sounds like you need to clarify with the doctor.
