Hi.  The claims that colloidal silver cures cancer are all unsubstantiated and have not stood up to rigorous scientific testing.  Moreover, chronic intake of silver containing substances can have ill effects on the body.  There's a very good article by Stephen Barrett discussing this drug in more detail.
