has my papilloma come back as cancer

i had a papilloma removed from my nasal cavity 2 years 9 months ago i read that papillomas can come back as cancer. i have been having some symptoms that might indicate that that something may be growing back.I have pain in my left nostril that goes into my left eye,i have pain in my left ear i can also hear myself breath and hear myself talk through my left ear.i have pain and presure in my head above my eyes,I have check ups every six months by my ent doctor to make sure nothing has grown back.Because of these symptoms i have been really stressed it has come back as cancer my last check up was 4 months ago should i go back to my doctor or just wait untill my next check up in 2 months time i fear the stress is making the symptoms worse than they really are.

Hi.  It may be best for you to have that check up sooner, so that you can get some reassurance from your doctor regarding your condition.  Those symptoms may just be stress related, or it may be something significant.  You won't know unless you have it examined.  Unfortunately, you are right when you said that there is a possibility that the papilloma can come back as cancer.  There is really nothing to do but to bear with these repeated checkups, but bear in mind that recurrence is only a possibility. It's not inevitable! So stay positive, and everything will turn out for the best.
