pancreatic cancer question

Hi I went to the doctor 3 days ago because my testicle hurt he examined it and said it was normal and didn't feel any cancer. But I was worried that it had spread and read about pancreatic cancer and I am freaking out scared. I know you don't survive if you get it and its really hard to detect it untill its too late. I am 30 my last blood test f was 6 too 7 months ago for a cbc and urine test and the other blood test that checks Cholesterol and Triglycerides my sugar levels I think. Doctor didn't call me back so everything must have come out okay. Only my triglycerides were a little high. What are my chances of getting pancreatic cancer? I have rountine blood work done each year should I be worried of getting it? I don't want to die and its impossible to detect it. I am so scared what if I have it and don't know? I am 30 no family history. Is taking rountine blood work each year enough to know if I have pancreatic cancer? I am so scared sorry if I come out looking stupid.

Well, you don't even have symptoms of Pancreatic CA.  I really don't understand the concern about this cancer you are having.  Plus, there is no labwork hinting Pancreatic CA.  I wouldn't be worry about this.
