someone please answer me

Ive been having strange symptoms over the past couple years with are fatigue, body aches & pains not to severe though, sometimes dizziness,  tip of the right side of tongue twitching,  right eye twithing whenever I squeeze me eyes shut, sensitive to cold weather.  I should keep in mind I do have several abscess teeth that are pretty bad I've got several of them for a couple of years now with some pretty bad infection but I do have anxiety issues and ocd and I was wondering if all of these symptoms could be cancer or just caused by my poor oral health

I have yet to have anything done so far but I have a dentist appointment next month, the symptoms I'm most worried about is the fatigue,  poor appetite,  and the muscle aches, slightly swollen tongue,  nd tip of my tongue goes numb off and on sometimes m tongue can go days without going numb do you think these symptoms could be from my teeth there all decayed and 5 abscess that I've have had for over 3 years now without being treated

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
HI,
I understand your concern regarding your symptoms. What initial diagnostic tests were done already? It is indeed possible that some of these symptoms may be associated with these teeth abscess. And to rule out any other issues, it is best that you have this checked by a dentist. Take care and do keep us posted.
