Kitten choked on treat. How fast does it go down with an airway obstruction?

Hello! I would like to ask some questions regarding sudden death of my kitten. she was only 3 months old with absolutely no symptoms that anything is wrong with her. She was not vaccinated yet, though.  So that night i fed my cats (I have 2 other cats, one adult male, and one female about 1.5 years old – both vaccinated). When they are finished with their meals I usually give them a treat. I did the same that night, the kitten got it last as she was urinating in their litter box, so i was wiggling the snack in front of her, she observed it with her bright eyes, jumped out the litter to get the treat. Then as always she crawled under the furniture to eat it. I went to the bathroom, 1-3 minutes later I returned, finding her laying on her side with laboured breathing. I havent heard anything. I panicked, and first thought was there is something lodged in her throath. I put my finger in her mouth, and I think I felt something, tried to discharge in 2-3 attempts, that didnt work, so then I made, what I think a fatal mistake for her. What an idiot. I pushed my finger down as far as I could, thinking that would clear the way, or the obstruction would travel further..to be diggested. Up to today I still dont know if i pushed an obstruction like food, or something from her, like a tissue or even a small organ :( She didnt bite while i was doing that, but her eyes where the scariest, shocked, afraid, total fear.. I will never forget them. But her body went  so quickly. After I pushed my finger down, i called a veterinarian, but she died 15-20 min later in the table!! She was still breathing in a car. The way she went out, is as I think tipical for suffocation from obstruction. Fluid build up, soon after i pushed my finger, and she drowned in its own fluids :( I fell terrible. Fluid was yellow or brownish with some blood in the end coming out her mouth.

I must also say the treat I gave hear was not soft, it was quite dry and I guess to much to be properlly chewed on from little kitten. And I think it killed her. She was always eating fast.

My questions regarding her passing:
Is it possible that cat would be alive for 20-30 min with an airway obstruction which would cause immediate collapse (unconciusness). I'm thinking if there was such an obstruction, causing cat to faint, with limp body, would suffocate her in minutes, or even faster?

I read, that if she didnt respond on my fingers..like biting them, causing gag reflex, that means it was in big distress immediately. And that there should be pawing, running in circles etc.. I heard nothing, no noise, no coughing, I think there was no nassal discharge just found her collapsed body, still breathing. Is trauma possible as she crashed in my leg while i was walking that day, full force head on. Or maybe just a strike from other cats, to get her treat?

Any other possibilities of her sudden passing, I dont believe that it was anything to do with her heart at this age? Heartworms or cardiomyphaty are out of the question in my opinion. Any fatal respiratory diseases out there, with no symptoms?

My biggest concern is, that she just fainted and would recover if I wouldn't push my finger down. I read some cases, when cats appear just fine minutes later after fainting, collapsing. So is it possible that I obstructed the airway completelly with that push, or even pushing that object, treat into her lungs :(? My finger is 8cm long.

I must also mention that she chewed on anthurium plant quite a lot, i red later it is poisonous
for cats but I believe not so severe to cause her death.

Veterinarian found nothing with his pliers but if I pushed the object to deep, that seems logical to me that he couldn't see it. Necropsy is out of the question since the body was already cremated.

I have a long knife in my heart, believing (knowing), i killed her with that push.

Please be honest, Klemen

Kittens, for all their energy, are fragile little beings.
This reads like a bad turn of fortune.
