My female kitten callie was spayed on monday she was fine when I got her home but its been three days but now I have noticed around her incision its abit swollen she is off her food for the first time and all she wants to do is rest will she b ok

Normally cats recover quickly after the operation, and are back to normal activities and routine the next day.

Any swelling or redness is a sign that she’s not healing properly, call the vet immediately.. They are most unlikely to happen.

Your kitty really needs to be re-examined by the Vet who spayed her....there is NO charge ( or sure shouldn't be) for a post surgical check, something is not right, could be a hernia, infection or abscess even a fluid pocket...but Needs  to be seen ASAP!!! Good luck and keep us posted
