ive spoke to a vet and she said that the blood is normal for up to around ten days and that there is a chance she can still have a baby inside her as micricles can happen lol x

since she is still discharging mucous and blood, it does sound tome like she must still have a kitten inside...otherwise this should have all stopped by now...and purring doesn't always mean contentment, cats also purr when in PAIN..
Can you take her to a clinic Monday morning? ask if they will please accept extended payments...this kitty really needs to be seen by someone.
I suggested a shelter b/c if you can't afford to look after her than you need to find a place than can, I know you want to keep her...but she does need help by a Vet.♥

i dont want to give her to a shelter as she has become a loved family pet and the still born kitten looked perfectly healthy and just a little smaller than a normal newborn kitten and it also had poo over its behind so it must have died distressed or something but was stone cold when coming out of her.
She meows when she wants fussing and when i go to stroke her, she doesnt seem in distress as she is purring quite alot also. But she is still discharging mucusy like blood from her vagina and getting it on my WHITE bed sheets lol. Im not sure what to do :L any vets out there that can help? its Sunday so none are really open

first of all I won't pass judgement I will only give you my opinion. good for you for taking this poor unfortunate little lady in and trying to help.
If indeed she does still have a dead kitten or more inside I hope to God she will be able to abort. if not it/they will just rot inside her and she of course will die of infection.
Is there a Vet Clinic that you can phone that will help with extending some payments so you don't have to pay for all at once?
Is there a shelter you can take her to that will give medical care, than have her adopted?
that is all I can tell you, there is no way I know of that you would be able to help her otherwise.
Watch her for today....hopefully if there are more she will go back into labor or abort...if not than those are the only options I'm afraid.
I will say that very young females sometimes only have the one...was it fairly large? does it look as though its been dead awhile or died during birth?
