Intermittent fasting for celiac disease?

Hi, i suffer from some neurological abnormalities like tremors, for which i deeply believe a biological cause exists.
Thus, i'll be diagnosed for celiac disease once i'm on gluten diet for enough time.
Now, my main GI symptoms is constipation and bloating and i notice them to greatly improve on a intermittent fasting (e.g. 17/7) eating pattern, with on a neurological improvement too.
Has anyone ever tried if some degree of fasting helps with celiac disease symptoms?

Many people do get help from brief periods of fasting - me included.  Constipation is my main problem.  I've been gf for many years.  You could try just going grain-free plus avoiding dairy and see if that's just about as helpful as fasting.
