Fried Oreos :)
Take 1 package oreos 24 hrs before and put in feezer.
Mix any choice of pancake batter.
Mix at least enough for 8 pancakes
Take oreos out of freezer.
Heat oil in small pot.
Dip frozen oreos in pancake batter, and fry. When they batter turns a light golden brown...THEY are DONE !!
Allow to cool for a few minutes, and indulge :)
My fav. coslaw.
One head of cabbage thinly sliced.
about 1 cup lemon juice
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 dash salt.
toss cabbage with the lemon juice olive oil and salt and serve. Adjust igredients according to taste.
