Any Chiari specialists in Washington, Oregon or Idaho?

I live in Kennewick, Wa. Recently diagnosed with Chiari and my Dr. (Neurologist) Has absolutely no clue about it. It was chiropractor who called me after getting my MRI to tell me she could not exhaust me anymore. I have terrible shoulder pain, neck pain so bad that I can't lift my head up some days, I can't lean forward, cough, laugh, or strain, without pounding pressure and instant headache. I have constant noise in my ears.....ringing and or thumping. I could go on..... I'm only 38.
I need a Dr. Who can help me. Please let me know if you can recommend one. I would love to be able to drive, so Washington, Oregon or Idaho??? Otherwise..... I'm open. I just want a Dr. Who is a specialist and can help me.

   Hi  and  welcome  to  the  Chiari  forum.

  Good  thing the Chiropractor couldn't  as  you  should  not  have your  neck  manipulated  at  all with Chiari....it  could pose  issues  as there  is limited room  already and with the  adjustments it could  make  it  tighter,causing  you  to  pass  out or  nerve  impingement..

We  do  have  a list  of  Drs  and there  is  one  up  in  your  area  Dr Ellenbogen...not sure  of  the spelling....ALL  Drs  on  the  list should  be researched....so educate  yourself  and  take  time  to research them....not all  of us  will  find  a Dr  in  our  area  and  have  to travel...so  you  may  too....it is  better  then  going to  one  just bcuz  they  are  close....you  need  one  you  are  confident  and comfortable with.
