Breathing issues

Ive been having a very hard time breathing for about 4 days now! Xanax nor Buspar is helping at all. And nothing is wrong, not mad or upset ot anything so, its not a matter of needing to 'relax'.
Is there anything that helps those of you that have this issue???

Yeah my a/c has been on for a few wks already. I live in an apt so, they change out the filters...on some schedule - I believe every 3 months.
Thanks Selma!

Look to ur weather and humidity...that can sometimes affect breathing....

Many times humidity holds down allergens and pollution and that too can be an issue....

Do u have air conditioning?...Make sure it is well cleaned and turn it on if just for the fan so it circulates the air and filters it....

U can also try those air humidifiers that clean the air and see if it helps.

I pray u get some relief soon.
