DH update

I want to thank everyone for keeping DH and myself in ur prayers yesterday.
DH had his surgery and all went well, he was home by 11am and a PITA by noon...Seriously, men r BABIES!!! Oye! I was ready to take him back and drop him off at the hospital!! LOL!

This is how our night went:
DH: (whining) I don't feel good!
Me: u r less than 12 hrs out of surgery I u felt good I'd be more concerned
DH: (more whining) My nose is bleeding, I'm gonna die (he seriously went there) I have to go to the ER
Me: the dr said its normal for a few days, ur fine! Relax and just rest
DH: I can't sleep but I'm SO tired!
Me: Well turn off the football game (which was broadcasting in our house in full surround sound), shut the computer as stop wandering around the house. If u sit down and relax u might actually fall asleep!
DH: that's not it, I just don't feel good!
....and the cycle continues....

Okay all in all, he is asleep and did finally fall asleep last night (amazing what happens when I steal the remote, huh?) his drainage seem to have lessened and I think he may 'live'

Okay, sorry had to vent a bit...and again wanted to say thanks to all!!

Thanks for the funny dialogue, lol.
I hope he recovers soon.

My DH is the strong & (TOO) silent type.  I had to take him to the ER several years ago, for what I thought was dehydration.  They asked the usual, what is your pain level, and he said 9!  I didn't know he was in pain at all, much less NINE!
But he understands real pain now.

(Turns out he had a pituitary tumor explode in his head).

@ Rah - isn't that the truth!!!

I am glad we survives it as well...I tell u both if EVER DH has to have surgery again...I'm checking into a hotel...lol!

glad to hear that you are both surviving. I have always said that if men had to have the babies our world would be much smaller...LOL. You are both still in my prayers.
