Doctor choice

We met Dr. Rekate at the Chairi Institute recently,he says he can help my daughter...chairi malformation 1 ...12 cm tonsil, that is causing so many debilitating effects.  Exactly where can I go on the net to find out the exact number of operations of this exact kind he has done,,,as his specialty is pediatrics neurosurgery?

  Hi...u do not need to select a nest answer....but if u would like to, u go to the thread and read the posts, in the area of the persons reply u like best, if u run ur cursor in that box u will see the option to check best answer appear.

U r doing fine, and like I said u can ignore the e-mails it is just a reminder that the option is available to use....some threads r posted for fun, and there is no right or best answer to select....so no worries and u r doing just great : )

  I do not know there is a place on the web, but it is in talking with the Dr and researching his background that will give u an idea.

He is at TCI the last 2 yrs, so in that time I know he is only doing Chiari and chiari related surgeries, look to see where he was b4, this is how u research, by looking at where they have been and what their specialty is.

Also by educating urself to know what they should be looking at and testing.

Was ur child tested for EDS, a syrinx, tethered cord, sleep apnea....ICP?
