HELP!!!

I am 19 yrs post Chiari and I am having excruciating headaches, with stiff hurting neck, blurred vision, extremely high BP and nausea.
I started having headaches again about 2 yrs post surgery, even had a spell where I passed out and hit the kitchen floor and my headaches have gradually gotten worse.
I don't know if the Chiari has returned or if I have scar tissue built up that's causing this. I have lots of pressure in my neck.
I have lots of scar tissue on the outside of my scar.
Has/does anyone else have these problems & what's causing them?
I AM AT MY BREAKING POINT!!!
Nothing but Narcotic pain meds give me ANY RELIEF and Dr's here won't treat me.
I am tired of fighting just so I can have some resemblance of life without a terrible headache ALL THE TIME!
SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME!!!

I have been to multiple ER's and the Dr don't want to treat me.
I am tired of being judged and labeled a "Druggy" because I am NOT !!!
I am 43 and have not gone thru menopause and have taked the Depo shot for 5 yrs but I had these HA prior to that.
I have had my hormones checked and all was good, all my blood work comes back good so no one will do anything else.
What makes it so bad right now is that my Dr that has been so good to try to help just manage the pain with shots is now in a bind because the pain meds he gives me is back ordered, what he used to give me has been taken of the market, the smaller ER I have gone to is also out of the same med that my Dr uses. The ER here in my home town still has some but there's only 1 DR that will give it to me. It's ridiculous to go have to sit for hrs in a ER with my bottom BP number over 100 and I get a shot of Phenagren... yeah !!! That does a whole lot!
I don't know what is going on but my days are spent laying in a dark, quiet, cool room. That no way to have to live and I don't know how much more I can take!

I had my Chiari surgery in '93 and started having headaches again 2 yrs later and they have gradually gotten worse especially in the past 6 months. I have checked my BP at onset of headaches and it will be normal, the longer I go with the h/a the worse they get and once I begin having my black floaties  I know my BP is way high.
I can have a day without any HA, go to bed and get woke up with a excruciating HA. Can't figure it out!

If I understand correctly you had surgery 2 yrs ago?  I also had surgery 2 yrs ago and I have spent the last 2 days in bed with a HA due to I lifted something I shouldn't of.  We tend to think we can conquer anything, but it doesn't work this way for us Chairians.  I know how flustrating this can be.  I do suggest you find a specialist that could give you professional answers. On a personal note.  Do try to relax.  I know having pain produces blood pressure to go up, it is a awful circle.  Maybe this is something your doing that is causing the HA's.  I know I won't be lifting anything even slighlty heavy anymore.  I suffered 2 days because of it.  Wishing you the best to get answers and to get rid of this pain.  I know sometimes we don't know which way to turn.  Your in my prayers for a pain free day.
Linda :)

Find a doctor who will treat you... Even if u have to travel. You shouldn't have to go on like this

High bp wont be doing any good as that itself gives a head ache... And the stress from all gives a headache... Then bp from stress...

If i was you i would have been at the ER by now
And finding a chiari specialist to help

I have constant double vision and daily headache's and to be honest no pain mess work for me and i refuse to try harder meds so i sit with an icepack lol

Isn't much i can say to help because Im sick of suffering also.... But i tell myself that i will not let chiari and its crap win over me ... I will be stronger even when crying and want to give up.

Try your best to get seen by someone who WILL help you. Just because you have this condition doesn't mean that what u feel is chiari related.
Have you gone through menopause? Or at an age where menopause could be coming? As i know when i get period around that time my headaches are way bad.... And many other woman say the same, so maybe hormonal changes in your body could be making your symptoms worse?

Sorry if i don't make sense Haha.
Hope u feel better and find a good doc
