Exactly!! It took me a bit but I believe I have the address where to write. I've already written a letter, I'm that angry. Here is the address I have, if anyone else wants to let them know:
TNT
C/O Your Favorite Series(Rizzoli and Isles)
1010 Techwood Drive
Atlanta, GA 30318
I don't expect them to get every detail right, but seriously, they could make an effort to at least have it be semi-realistic!
Thanks Sherri....I did post to the Rizzoli and Isles FB page....but this is even better.
I hope others send them a note as well.....not that they will do anything as this is their final season.
I know I am disgusted to say the least...they took several weeks of episodes to get a DX BUT she had surgery and recovery all in one episode and that represented a few days !!!
No hair was disturbed at all.....
They said she was going in for minor surgery....she worked the same day b4 surgery....then 2 days after.....what a joke.
OH, AND they showed her sitting on the couch hair up and not a stitch in sight. UGH!
Okay, I have watched this show in the past but not lately. So I tuned in last week, and watched.
Then I watched THIS week's episode where Isles has decompression surgery. I am SO FURIOUS!!!!!
They made it seem like NOTHING! I don't want to spoil it but it was ridiculous.
SPOILER ALERT
They show her afterwards, right after mind you, up and walking around. Not in pain, or out of it after anesthesia. It totally minimized the seriousness of this, and the surgery. It seemed like she went home the same day, as if it was a day surgery!
I actually am going to write to the show and complain. Maybe I'm just a tad bit sensitive about it because my son has to go through it again, or because of all the people that have to deal with this. It is NOT a day surgery. :(
This is too funny! I missed the start of the season, so last night, I watched episode #1 in which Isles began having neuro symptoms, had the CT, etc. I jokingly said to the person I was watching with "uh oh...I bet Isles has Chiari, too" and of course, got the "haha, yeah right" response. You now have me wanting to get caught up and see what happens!
