I AM BACK!!!!

Hey guys!  I am back!!!  Missed being on this forum!!  My home computer still won't let me on, but I am on at work!  Shhh- don't tell anyone!!  :)

Ok- quick update....

I have been diagnosed with the beginning stages of lupus.  That's a pain!  I will share more of that later.  I have new symptoms though and I was wondering if any of you guys could make heads or tails out of them!!  As most of you know I celebrated my 1 year surgery anniversary on October 28.  In the last month or so- I have been having pains behind my ears.  Kind of at the hair line- like right now as I sit here it aches.  But- if I press on them it feels bruised kinda like the bone is bruised.  For about three weeks it was just my left ear- then about a week ago my right one started hurting too.  Also- I am having a major swooshing noise in my right ear.  Seriously feels like I am at the ocean.  Some nights I lay in bed trying to go to sleep and I feel like I am sitting on the beach!  :)  Also- I have been having some headaches, neck and upper back pain.  Sometimes the neck and upper back pain seems to radiate down my back.  Does this sound like anything to be concerned about.  Seriously- I am just trying to figure out what is a lupus symptom and what is a Chiari symptom!!!  Sometimes they are blurred!!  Having to do with the head, ears, back....I am kinda inferring its Chiari though- let me know what you guys think!!!
Good to be back!!

Hi ......well stinosis is a narrowing of the spinal cord and can include impingement of the cord where u would have issues like the pins and needles.....

Spinal stinosis and DDD (degenerative disk disease ) are common problems for chairians.

It all depends on where the stinosis is located and which nerve is affected.

U still haven't figured out y ur home PC won't let u in the site??

Well Helloooooooo Stranger !!

Glad to see u on again : )

Do u know if it is a lymp node?

I have issues at times where my glasses rest, right behind my ear....it feels swollen...I am not sure.

Lupus is a connective tissue disorder and many with chairi are prone to those...I am constantly  tested for lupus as well, but was dx with Ehlers-Danlos....and Chairi....not sure if they will continue to look there for me.

But, the swooshing  u hear may be a sinus infection or something???

Congratulations on ur one yr post op Anniversary !!

I am sure Shane may have Ideas for u on this......he pops in from time to time : )

DO u know if u also have stinosis?..wondering about those pins and needles....

Glad to see u again : )
