Hi..everyone regardless of the herniation or classification of their Chiari will have different symptoms and degrees of those symptoms.....and the "headaches" are not what I think of as a headache....but a sudden onset of pain that can leave or leaves a dull ache that can last days afterward...lifting, straining, coughing, laughing ,sneezing...all can trigger a sudden pain in your head and again I do not think of this pain as a headache or what is typically known as a headache......
Other symptoms , imbalance, dizziness, brain fog,vision disturbances,tremors,memory and cognitive issues.....the list is so long.....as I said everyone can have a different list they are affected with....then there are related conditions that have a boat load of symptoms too....so you could have IBS, and EDS, CCI, ICP...POTS...so the list is never ending depending on what else you have going on....
Heart palps are a scary one as well as anxiety.....and it could be due to the condition and not just the fact we don't have answers.
