heading to ER

I can't handle it today. I am overly dizzy, can barely walk and my head huets so bad I am throwing up. I have only scene one dr which wasn't much help and have no insurance so my mother is taking me to emergency room. Hopefully they can get me into a specialists soon or something I can't wait any longer. Any tips? What questions should I ask? What should I have them look for?

I have been there so many times-tell them what you have I usually end up getting something for the pain first like demerol or what not for me that was the only thing that stopped the cycle.  Tell them what you have your reception will be much better.  If you go to an urgent care it is cheaper and they can still manage the pain I learned that the hard way they are good at managing the headache--good luck will be praying for you!

The ER may only deal with what u resent them...the pain and the vomiting...so they may give u something for them and send u home and tell u to see ur NS....The ER is  not a place to get a DX or resolve these issues...so , I am not sure  u will be happy with the outcome.

All u can ask for is a MRI of the brain and cervical spine to be sure u did not have ne changes in the CSF blockage.....good luck.
