Hey sis, thanks for the wishes. BTW my AA bday is the 9th, 8 years, Sober :) never thought I could beat it but I did and I am as the saying goes taking one day at a time, It's the the same with the CM/SM.....I take each day as I find it and who knows tom may just be a good one.....

Selma thanks for thinking of my Birthday, when you hit your 40s you stop counting LMAO...Haven't been on for the past week or so apart for short stints in the morning lol.....my bed is my comfort zone at the moment, warm and cozy lol...
Hi Comeller it has been a rough week.....I am meeting some friends for Coffee tomorrow so I have that to look forward to :) it is strange, I have this condition all my life but it is only in the last few years that it has become problematic. I know Selma has said and I agree that you can have symptoms that you don't realize are symptoms because you have lived with them all your life....
