Hi All here is a new thread for listing surgery dates that fall in the New year. I ask u all post on this thread ur date so I have one place to look for dates so I can post a prayer thread for u.

and we ask that u have another member or family or friend post updates on ur progress so we all know how ur doing post op.

If ur surgery is cancelled or changed, PM me directly and post the new date here with the old date in one post so it is all together....thanks : )

tomorrow dec. 27th they r gonna cut away the scar tissue and close my scar back up. so this time hopefully it wont dehisce

My sugery date is Jan. 30, 2012 for PFD for Chiari and another procedure to drain an arachnoid cyst on my cerebellum.

Surgery date scheduled for January 16, 2013 with  Dr. Rosner  at Park Ridge Hospital Hendersonville, NC.

I gave him several copies of "Prepare for surgery, heal faster".  Even if you read it the night before, I think it would be helpful.  The surgery is just a few hours, but the healing takes a long time.
